It’s a balancing act.
One minute, I’m researching forensic procedures for a crime thriller scene. An hour later, I’m mapping out the magic systems for an epic fantasy.
It might seem both are worlds apart, but for me, they are two sides of the same coin. One side explores the world as it is; the other side explores the world as it could be. Focusing on ethics, power, corruption, and human nature enables me to create across multiple genres.
